    Probably they need to clean up browsing cache. To reorder checkout fields you need to change the sourse code of Jigoshop or use the checkout field manager plugin.

    I thought it was a caching issue as well but I got them to clear the browsers cache and restart the browser and it still displayed in the same unusual order.

    Could you ask them to to test in diferent browser?

    This wasn’t/isn’t restricted to just my client it occurs to other shoppers as well.

    It’s a minor concern but I just wanted to raise it in case there was a more serious issue there.
