Checkout fileds not working

Hi I have a problem with the card fields, I can see others have the same issue.

I have tried to use Helth check and chaning theme, remove all plugins, set php to 7.0, changede to an other host.

The problem is the same.

Helthcheck tells me that:

The loopback request to your site failed, this may prevent WP_Cron from working, along with theme and plugin editors.
Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

Could that be the problem?
