Checkout Files Upload Excel

  • I’ve uploaded a .xls file when ordering and placed my order.
    This .xls is not readable when I download it from the woocommerce orders dashboard.
    When opening in Excel I get the message:
    The file format and extension mismatch. The file may be corrupted or not safe. Open the file only if you trust the source. Do you still want to open the file ?
    When I open it nothing is right, it’s nothing like te uploaded one, it’s broken.

    What to do?

  • Hi,

    I’ve just tried to upload xlsx file on our test server and unfortunately couldn’t reproduce the problem – the file seems to be ok. If possible please create/share an admin account to your server so I could login and check what’s going on.
