Checkout Files Upload for WooCommerce email not sending

At the end of the purchasing process we upload a contract file. It happens that if we enable the file upload, everything is still successful but the email notifying the new order with the attached file does not start. What can be the problem because it works for a few days then it doesn’t work anymore.
