    Hi Trevor,

Some more information would go a long way. For instance, are you using the custom forms or the dropin ui? Have you re-checked your connection with Braintree to ensure your keys are active?

Please send your website url so we can check it out. Typically, these issues are a result of a javascript error from another plugin, after an update is performed for example.

    Hey Clayton,
I just realized that this is not the plugin that I’m using. I’m using the woocommerce plugin for braintree. Sorry about that.

    Thanks,
    Trevor

Hello I just bought your plugin, but I’m having a hard time making the gateway go active.
I have already put in my key and it shows active in the settings. I enabled production mode. But when I go to put my merchant id in in doesnt recognize it.
It does not show any way to pay on my check out page. What am I doing wrong?
How do I link my braintree to my website?

    Thanks!
    Trevor

    Hi Trevor,

Did you read our detailed setup instructions? You need to log in to your Braintree production account and navigate to your API keys page. From there, you can copy and paste your merchant Id, public key, and private key into the settings page of the plugin. Don’t confuse your merchant Id and your merchant account Id. The merchant account Id is used for settlement currency where as the merchant Id is used for authentication.

    Kind Regards,
    Clayton

    Hi Trevor,

I just checked your website and the form is rendering correctly so it appears you have figured out what you were doing wrong. I will mark this as resolved.

Ye I figured it out. I had to go through the documentation. I was confuesed because the tutorial shows merchat key id and not setting up the API first.

    Thanks
    Trevor
