Checkout glitch

Hey everyone,
Just recently used ShopMagic and everything was going great. I got all the connections with each product i needed to go out with an email after purchase and everything was working. I tested it once by just simply going through my site (which I think is best when testing if the connections work) and it worked. I noticed I needed to change a few things like spacing and a few letters, and I proceed to go through the test process again. This time when I clicked the “place order” button, it glitched out the checkout screen. My back office system still created the account, logged the order and gave access to the product, but somehow the plugin glitch the whole system and didn’t send the custom email I made on the plugin or the default email that is sent when an order is made through woo-commerce. When I deactivated the plugin, everything was fine and went back to normal. What could have possibly happened from the first test run and the second? And it wasn’t that specific product either, it was all of the products I had connect with this plugin.
If anyone has had issues similar or if you can see what the issue is from the description above, please let me know. This plugin is great and the only one out there really that does this so fluidly and I would love to use it!
