Checkout is not updated once coupon is added

    Hello guys, I’m currently using a theme called “Elessi Theme” available at ThemeForest and according to them, there’re some fuctions within Coupon Affiliate plugin that seems to be conflicting with the theme, causing the checkout page not to update the price once a coupon is added unless you manually refresh the entire page. Is there something you guys could do?

    I’m also way too interested on purchasing the paid version, so if this is fixed, you may as well consider me as a potential customer!

    For testing purposes, you can use the coupon “RevUnity” in my website attached to this ticket so you can probably analyze it. If further information is required like login data, please let me know.

    Did they say/know what function in particular is conflicting with their theme structure?

    Unfortunately they haven’t provided any further information, although I just requested it. Would providing any login data help speed up the process into finding the devil function? ??

    It’s been more than 10 days that I opened this ticket. Should I take it as a lack of interest for support to this plugin?
