    Some of our customers facing Invalid card error during the checkout and sometimes it’s working perfect. I am not able to figure out why this is happening.

    If we are going to see in oreder detail page then

    – CardConnect declined transaction. Response: Invalid card
    – Payment Declined – Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.
    – Order status changed from Failed to Processing.
    – CardConnect payment processed (ID: *******793, Authcode: ****11, Amount: $ 750.00)

    Not in every order but this issue occur during the checkout. Please help me to resolve it.

    We are looking into this issue, but cannot say when we would be able to find a fix. Can you tell me if the failed transactions are from mobile users only?

    We had similar errors. So far what has HELPED has been Renaming our WordPress SITE TITLE to something short (it was long for SEO).

    This information is passed into the “Order #” field and if its too longer, there’s too many variables there so it caused incomplete card numbers to pass through.

    My recommendation here is to NOT pass the site title at ALL into the Order number field.

    @rexak we are facing this issue in mobile and desktop both.

    Thanks @wearegiant, But we haven’t pass any site title in the order.

    The order numbers are working as woo commerce default. Like #110, #111, #112

    Please correct me if i am wrong.

    That would be good if you suggest any other solution for the same.

    OP, please update your install and update the CardConnect to 3.0.3+ Marking resolved.
