Checkout Issue

Some of our customers facing Invalid card error during the checkout and sometimes it’s working perfect. I am not able to figure out why this is happening.
If we are going to see in oreder detail page then
– CardConnect declined transaction. Response: Invalid card
– Payment Declined – Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.
– Order status changed from Failed to Processing.
– CardConnect payment processed (ID: *******793, Authcode: ****11, Amount: $ 750.00)Not in every order but this issue occur during the checkout. Please help me to resolve it.
