    Hi there,

    We are having issues with our checkout page where customers are entering the address and then it shows an error “please enter an address to continue” and we also get a different error that says “Hosted Fields payment is already in progress.” <– This is with the Paypal plugin, they are also looking into it but they can’t seem to find the issue on their end.

    Hello @pagonz342

    Thank you for reaching out to us. We are aware of this issue and are working on fixing this for our next release.
    For the time being, you can correct this issue by adjusting the setting:
    WooCommerce -> Settings -> General, “Default customer location” should be set to “No location by default”.

    Please, let me know if this helps you correct the issue. I have linked the bug to this thread, so you will be made aware when the fix has been released.

    For the error “Hosted Fields payment is already in progress” we also have a bug open, but have not found the exact cause yet. This does not affect the payment and the order process should continue when you see it. I will also link this bug to this thread, in order to get you updated once we have a fix released.

    Hi Joost,

    I’m not sure if you recommend this but we actually using an older version of the plugin (before the latest update) and it’s working fine.

    Should we continue to use it that way? or do you recommend updating the plugin and following the steps you mentioned?

    if you are using the older version and it works for you, it is completely fine to use it. We are continuously fixing bugs and currently updating the interface of our backend settings page, but if it works for you, you can probably keep it as it is.

    I have to correct myself, the fix I proposed earlier was incorrect! Do not configure “No location by default” but “Shop country/region” instead.
