• Users of iPhones and iPads are experiencing a blank screen why they proceed to cart and/ or checkout. The screen will then not load any further information. I have tested the page with the following iPhones – 11 Pro Max, XS and SE

    This problems does not appear to happen on android phones.

    No, I can not fix it. It only appears on Apple devices and I have an android. The page is blank without an error code.

    Hi there,

    I’ve just had a look at your site through an Apple device but wasn’t able to replicate the same thing. On my side, the checkout page shows up as follows:

    With that said, do you have Stripe active on that site with payment request buttons? Are you still seeing the same thing after temporarily disabling either the payment gateway as a whole or just the payment request buttons?

    We are still experiencing the blank screen for cart and checkout with iDevices. To date I have checked the following devices, iphone 7 and iphone XS Max – both of which are updated. I have checked on Browser Stack and Developer Tools, but can not see the error on the following iphone versions – XS, 11 Pro Max, SE, 6, 7, and 8. I have not experienced this issue with my android or my son’s android. I have also borrowed an old iPad which does not exhibit this issue.

    The Woocommerce Stripe and PayPal plugins were also poorly rated, so I have replaced them with higher rated and better supported development plugins. The issue still occurs when the gateway plugins are disabled.
