Checkout labeling for Digital product store

  • Our website is a digital product store so we do not collect shipping information

    I have labeled the funnel steps as below.

    1. Cart page
    2. Billing data
    3. Payment type

    However, when I look at my “Checkout Behavior” in Google Analytics, the 3rd column contain no data (0) screenshot https://snipboard.io/7UM0lY.jpg

    Do you have any idea how to resolve this issue?

    PS. Cart page contains less visit because users can skip the cart page and go to checkout directly
