Which device is the mobile version is checkout not working on?

Yes, the theme is freshly updated.
I’m using Iphone 6

Not able to get checkout to load on desktop either. Cart seems to load fine, but when you try to progress to checkout it results in a whitescreen.

I updated again the theme via ftp and checkout the plugins compatibility.But nothing.
In the backend all seems to work fine. When I logout, it’s not working either on desktop and mobile as you said. It seems the woocommerce page are missing. I checked all the woocommerce setting of the Checkout and it seems all right. Please, let me know if you need other information.
i hope you can you help me.

It seems like the issue is in the theme itself, since cart and checkout load fine if you use a default theme.

I just made a discover that could be related to the issue.

The Checkout Process is still not working on https://www.fedesurfbags.com but working on the original web address https://www.federicaubertone.com/shop.

What I mean is:

Recently I created a redirect link which is https://www.fedesurfbags.com to redirect to the shop page, that is https://www.federicaubertone.com/shop. Now I tested the Checkout Process on https://www.federicaubertone.com/shop. It works fine both on mobile and desktop.

So it must be a issue related to the redirect web address. Can you help me?

So how did you setup that redirect?

I did this:

Domain name: https://www.fedesurfbags.com
Redirect to: https://www.federicaubertone.com/shop

And I set NO (Visualize domain url)
(the other option is YES > visualize url destination)

Now that unmask the url destination, everything works just fine. But how to mask the destination url and make the checkout process work?
