    I have linked Omnisend to my website, and all seems to be working except for the Checkout Opt-in: I have entered my text into the “Checkout opt-in settings” field, and clicked “update opt-in”, yet nothing seems to display.

    My website is using Lay theme as the main theme, could it be some compatibility issue? is there a code snippet I can add to force the opt-in manually? please let me know how to resolve this.

    Hi, thank you for getting back to me.

    The plugin is up to date as well as everything else, so most likely it must be some compatibility issue, I think the theme I use displays the Woocommerce checkout form in a customized way. I’ll go ahead and send more details to the support team by email.
