Checkout option not appearing after "Add to Cart" is pushed

If you go to https://www.moodymeats.com/products-page/beef/arm-roast-bone-in/ for example, click on “Add to Cart” you get nothing but a spinning wheel in the pop-up. It never resolves to the “continue shopping” or “checkout” buttons.
