    Hi,
I have seen on this website this topic which treat about the same issue of mine? :

?I added a Checkout page to my website using Woocommerce, but the formatting looks very strange and compressed. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks in advance for the help? ?.
However, the CSS code indicated in the request? :
    .woocommerce .col2-set .col-1, .woocommerce-page .col2-set .col-1 { max-width: 100%; } .woocommerce .col2-set .col-2, .woocommerce-page .col2-set .col-2 { max-width: 100%; }
    doesn’t resolve the page make-up.

I also note a gap intended for the company name and it isn’t necessary in my case.
Thanks in advance for your help? !.

    Kind regards

    Manue

  • Try going to your checkout page in the list of pages. Ensure the “Text” tab is selected in the editor. Delete the <pre> and </pre> tags.

Thank you @lorro, this is a fantastic catch again! I checked the checkout page at https://emmanuelle-ojeda.com/validation-de-commande and indeed there’s an odd <pre> tag in the page code breaking the whole layout:

Here is how the same page looks like without this tag:

If you’re not seeing the Text tab in your editor, you can try to click the three dots button in the editor and choose Edit as HTML:

Then make sure that the only code in there is:

    [woocommerce_checkout]

    Hope that helps!

    Hi !

Thank you very much Lorro and Madeincosmos !!. ??
Actually, it was a problem of tags.
Can you help me for the second part of my question ??.
I don’t understand why “Woocommerce” add a gap about the company name.
Concerning a classic e-commerce website, it’s not necessary.
Maybe you know a CSS code to delete it ??.
If I try to order something, I saw that the software force the customer to write something here.
I hope you’ll help me to finalize my website.
    Have a good day !!.

    Kind regards. ??
