    Hi,

    Thanks for sending the info.

    WordPress memory limit: 256 MB

As a first step, please reach out to your host, please ask them to increase your memory limit, that will help your site to run better, and for some plugins to avoid the error Allowed memory size of ... bytes exhausted.

If the issue is still present after that, please let us know.

Hello, Thank you for your response, i have done that, however, the problem still persists ??

    Hello,

I’m sorry to know that the issue persists.

Can you temporarily switch the site’s theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except WooCommerce? See if the issue persists after that.

You can install the Meks Quick Plugin Disabler, it will help to remember what plugins you currently have active so it’s easy to switch them back on. Link: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/meks-quick-plugin-disabler/

It sounds like a staging site would be a good idea if you do not want to affect the live site. You can use the WP Staging plugin, for quickly spinning up a new test site.

Let us know how that goes.
