Checkout Page boarder line colour

I have made a custom CSS that seems to resolve it, but it is more of a patch than a solution.

.wc-block-components-totals-wrapper {
    border-top: 1px solid hsla(0, 0%, 50%, 1.0) !important;
    border-right: 1px solid hsla(0, 0%, 50%, 1.0) !important;
    border-bottom: 1px solid hsla(0, 0%, 50%, 1.0) !important;
    border-left: 1px solid hsla(0, 0%, 50%, 1.0) !important;
}
.wc-block-checkout__terms.wc-block-checkout__terms--with-separator {
    border-top: 1px solid hsla(0, 0%, 50%, 1.0) !important;
}

If anyone can suggest a more permanent fix please let me know.
