From my end, I attempted to replicate the issue but the transition from the cart page to the checkout page appears to be working as expected. This suggests that the problem might be specific to certain conditions, such as the user’s browser, device, or network conditions.

To help us diagnose and resolve the issue, could you please provide us with more details?
1. The exact error message your customers are seeing when they try to access the checkout page.
2. If the issue is occurring on all devices and browsers or if it’s specific to a certain type. For example, is it happening only on mobile devices or only on a specific browser like Chrome or Safari?
3. If possible, ask a user who is experiencing this problem to take a screenshot or describe what they see on their screen when the error occurs.
Additionally, it would be helpful if you could check whether there are any recent updates or changes made to your website that coincided with the start of this issue. Sometimes, certain plugins or themes can cause compatibility issues.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the “unavailable” page message?

Collecting patterns from the affected customer is crucial in understanding and resolving this issue. :?)

If the message implies an empty cart, it’s possible customers are visiting in private mode or using an extension that auto-clears cookies.

Also, consider checking if your site is unintentionally ending customer sessions after a certain time via a cookie/security plugin.
