checkout page isnt working

Not sure what is happening here, what is your website?

Also make sure a membership is available for sale. If not it will redirect.

Lihiz, these redirect loops come up when PMPro and another plugin or theme or bit of code are fighting over whether the page should be served over SSL or not.

If you deactivate other plugins one by one (or the ones that are likely to manage SSL, like security plugins, HTTPS plugins, other ecommerce plugins) you can identify the offending plugin.

Then post back here and I might have more input.

We can typically fix these quickly for paying support members if you send us a login for your site.

You can override the behavior of the redirect by hooking into the “pmpro_besecure” hook. If you are a WP developer, that will make some sense for you.
