Checkout page keeps reloading instead of sending to PayPal for payment

    WordPress version: 4.3.1
    WP eCommerce version:Version 3.10.1
    In conjunction with: WP e-Commerce Simple Paypal Version 1.1
    Theme: Shapeshifter…also tried in Twenty-Fourteen and the same thing happened. Tried to disable plugins and nothing indicated a conflict.

    I did this: entered in all fields for the checkout page, hit submit.

    I expected WPeCommerce to do this: to go to PayPal to complete purchase (has worked previously)

    Instead it did this: loaded the checkout a page again requiring me to reenter all information. For some people it keeps in the loop, for others, they can eventually get directed to the PayPal page as expected.
