Checkout page layout bugged?

I’m sorry you’ll need to add a product to cart and view the checkout page to understand my issue, but the payment info is moved towards the bottom instead of in the frame. How do I go about fixing this?

It seems like a relatively easy fix but I don’t really know where to start, any help would be appreciated.
