Checkout page not loading CSS style sheet

When the user goes to checkout page (after adding a product to the cart) the page loads, but without the styling. It seems to be becasue the forced HTTPS.
When using the Chrome dev tools console, I get the following error message:
Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://catherinewingate-apparel.com/checkout-2/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet ‘https://catherinewingate-apparel.com/wp-content/themes/pagelines/pagelines-compiled-css-1_1423012816/’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
