Checkout page not showing

  • Hello,

    For some reason, the checkout page disappears after some time and customers cannot enter their details. It only works again when I log into the backend and clear caches and then it is fine until the next day. I am not sure what is causing this. could it be clashing with plugins? or do you have any advice?

    are you testing the web locally? … do you have a url to access and test? …. Try disabling plugins one by one. Also try a simple theme.

    Are you using any caching plugin? can you please try to disable the caching plugin if you have any and check the things?
