    Hi. When I check out after entering a coupon code, the page won’t redirect and just hangs in the air in a clouded screen mode. You can test out the page to see what I mean,

    This is very likely a conflict. Before we confirm that though, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thank you for your response. There is no problem if checked out without a coupon code but once the coupon code is applied and the amount turns to 0, it won’t redirect to the next part. Here’s the system report as your requested.

    Hi. It’s now working. I deactivated all the plugins and found out that it was a plugin conflict. The plugin that was causing the problem was WP Mail SMTP.

    Do you recommend another SMTP plugin that won’t cause a conflict with Woocommerce?

    We’ve seen many WooCommerce stores work well with the WP Mail SMTP plugin, so it’s possible that another plugin (or your theme) might be related to this as well.

    I would suggest to check if the issue still appears when you switch to another theme, and you deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and WP Mail SMTP, to determine if it’s really just WP Mail SMTP that’s causing the issue.

    If you need to use another SMTP plugin, then you might just want to try any of the other ones that you can find here:
