    I did this: Tried to checkout and the page just refreshes. Authorize.net AIM/CIM was working for years prior to the recent updates then it broke about 10 days ago. Switching the Authorize 2.0 and upgrading Gold Cart seemed to work but then it broke again a few days later.

    If I use Authorize 2.0, I get “Incomplete Sale”, AIM/CIM gives me “payment declined”. I only see these messages in the admin when looking at orders. The user simply sees the checkout page refresh.

    I expected WPeCommerce to do this: Process the checkout normally or tell the shopper why the checkout was not processed.

    Instead it did this: The checkout page refreshes and nothing else happens.

  • I’m having this same issue.

    I deactivated all plugins, flushed theme and browser cache but still occurs. Everything looks good, but after the purchase button, the Checkout page just refreshes, without any error message.

    I tried this in both Chrome and Firefox – same results.

    I’ve also submitted a premium support ticket and am awaiting a response from yesterday. Please help!

    We are also having the same issue with the checkout. It does not provide any error message aside from asking to fill out all the fields whereas all the fields have been already filled.

    I upgraded to the latest version of Gold cart and it’s working.

    Indeed, if you upgrade to the 2.9.9 version of Gold Cart, this should be resolved. Authorize.net changed the security certificates in their SDK, breaking backwards compatibility.
