For the past two weeks, my checkout page has been hung up. It continuously spins. My web developer said he could not get Stripe to work without disconnecting LeadPages. However, when I contacted Leadpages she said since the checkout page was powered by WooCommerce and Stripe (and not LeadPages) then it was out of her scope. And also, everything was working properly on her end. I also contacted Stripe, and they said everything was working perfectly on their end as well.

However, I have several other friends who are using my exact same set up: WordPress, WooCommerce, Stripe, and LeadPages, and none of them are having troubles. Everyone is using all of the software/platforms together with no problem. Has this happened to you? Recently? What can I do to fix/troubleshoot this?

  • You can open inspector and check the console for errors, enable WP_DEBUG in wp-config.php, review PHP error log, etc. The times I’ve seen a checkout keep spinning, usually an AJAX or API call was failing and had a visible error in the console or network inspector. You may also want to disable all other plugins and switch to the Storefront theme to see if the issue still occurs.

    Hi there ??

I want to let you know that several factors could cause the endless spinning issue. If disabling all the plugins and changing to a WordPress default theme didn’t solve the issue, then this problem could be caused by your hosting. To know other possible solutions for this issue, please check the following article from our documentation:

    I hope this helps ??
