Checkout Page Stripe payment failed

    Hello Support,

    I use the Stripe checkout page for payments. It works fine in general but I have two payments that have not been listed on Stripe. Normally when you open the checkout page it is immediately put on the payments page but here nothing. And no webhooks either.
    The two payments were made in Hungary and Russia but I don’t see why nothing registers.
    I’m not sure why it’s not registering, but they are in payment mode in my woocommerce tab.
    Do you have any idea why the payment is not working?

    We couldn’t find a Payment Mode in the Woocommerce menu in our test/dev site dashboards. Are you sure that this payment is made using Webtoffee’s Stripe Payment Plugin for WooCommerce?

    Yes i use WebToffee Stripe and i activate Paiement Stripe tab to have the stripe checkout page
