Checkout postage costs

    I had a shop page set up for me which was going to allow a customer to claim a free product. The ￡2 postage cost was automatically added at checkout. I want to adjust this postage cost but can’t see a setting for this anywhere, there were no shipping settings configured in WOoCommerce (I have just set up free shipping from there so that also displays at the checkout) but need to remove the ￡2 cost.
    I would of course ask the developed but he’s gone AWOL
    Appreciate any help on how this cost can be removed.
