Just recently my checkout page is not working. I am using Authorize.net CIM. It just refreshes. There are no error messages. I have not done any updates. I updated the Gold Cart today and tested again.I have checked my tables and there were no issues. Is there anything else I can check?

A couple weeks ago I had an issue with the cart emptying and I fixed the wp_wpsc_visitor_meta table.

Seems it is not connecting to Authorize.net I don’t have a cache plugin. I turned off compression on server. Checked payment settings. Not getting payment errors.

    Hi Bloke,

We’ve received a couple reports of this – would you be willing to email me at justinsainton at gmail dot com to test a fix for this?

Oddly, mine just started doing this today too. Last time it happened I simply switched from “Enable “Same as billing address” checkbox with Shipping Address fields” to “Users must re-enter Shipping Address” in checkout settings and it started to utilize authorize.net again.

as bloke said above, somehow it stopped working all of a sudden for me as well.

I have goldcart Version 2.9.8 and wp e-commerce Version 3.9.3

it just loops and doesn’t ever get sent to authorize.net somhow

    Hi kid5parkle,

We’ve confirmed a fix for this – do you have access to your FTP server?

Actually after I did a test transaction, I had a customer try a live and and it failed.

I guess another question is, how something works one day and a few days later it doesn’t with nothing having been modified…

Here’s Authorize.net’s blog post. Apparently thousands of merchants were / are unable to process.

    https://community.developer.authorize.net/t5/The-Authorize-Net-Developer-Blog/Production-Certificate-Upgrades-begin-May-27-2015/bc-p/50616

I’ve done everything in here and I’m still not processing.

    Authorize.net want to know:
~ What is the Trace route to the api end point (I’m thinking end point is: secure.authorize.net – is that correct) ????

~ IP address of server (I know this)

~ List of all root certs installed on server (I’m working on trying to figure this out)

I found one solution so far that I did today that worked:

switching from “Authorize.net AIM/CIM/ARB” to “Authorize.net 2.0” in Store settings / payments allowed it to go through and actually authorize a credit card. I don’t know how big a difference there is between 2.0 and the latter, but now I am able to take payments via my website.

Hi kid5sparkle – thank you. Switching to the Authorize.net 2.0 worked for me too.

    I was on Authorize.net AIM/CIM/ARB previously.

After doing that I wondered if this would be as good as the previous method – and what the differences were between the two methods. Here’s an article I found from WP E-Commerce (which happens to be my software for WordPress.

    https://docs.wpecommerce.org/authorize-net-2-0/

I’m hoping to be able to get Authorize.net to come up with a solution so I can go back to using Authorize.net AIM/CIM/ARB, but in the meantime, your answer got me back processing payments – thanks ??

Justin, Could you please post the fix or tell us where to find it?

    Hi all,

So sorry that this is happening – it’s as frustrating for us as it has been for you.

We’ve pushed a fix for this in the 2.9.9 release of Gold Cart. Log into your accounts at wpecommerce.org and pull the latest version and install it – and you’ll be good to go.

If you purchased your Gold Cart prior to November of last year, you’ll need to migrate your account to our new system. You can do that here.

Feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any other issues: justinsainton at gmail dot com.
