‘checkout shipping form’ widget doesn’t show

    Hello, The ‘checkout shipping form’ widget will not show on my checkout page: https://www.sylvianankivell.co.uk/checkout/ I have tried disabling all plugins to check for a conflict, but this doesn’t resolve it. Please resolve asap or give me a refund.
    I needed something that would work immediately as I am on a tight deadline.

    It seems that you haven’t enabled the shipping method option. That’s why we are not seeing any shipping form on your website.
