Checkout State Select breaks theme

    Update: would still like to find resolve, but switched payment module to Paypal express. Now there is no checkout page / form to fill out on my site so the problem is side stepped.

    But from goofing with this, I can say that I am sure the problem is in how the style sheet and javascript interact on firefox.

    In firefox, right click the page and view the error console. See if any javascript errors are listed.
