Checkout throws error

    Hello,

    We are trying to set up out payment methods and we are facing an error when finishing the checkout.

    It is true that we are using a plugin (eupago) for a local type of payments, but we suspect the error may be from woocommerce; plus, we already submitted a support ticket to the plugin team nonetheless.

    We have tried: disabling every plugin besides woocommerce and eupago. We have updated both. We have reverted to the twenty twenty four theme.

    The JS console shows the following error upon pressing the finish button:

    Based on the error you’ve shared, it appears to be an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error, which is a generic error message indicating a server-side issue. This could be caused by many factors, including but not limited to, a plugin conflict, theme conflict, or even a server configuration issue.

    Since you’ve already tried disabling all other plugins and switched to the default theme, this rules out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict.

    However, the error could still be related to the Eupago plugin. While you’ve already reached out to their support, it would be beneficial to double-check if there are any server requirements for this plugin that your current server setup might not meet.

    On the WooCommerce side, you could check the WooCommerce > Status > Logs. If there’s a log for ‘fatal-errors’, that might provide more details about the error.

    If the issue persists, I would recommend reaching out to your hosting provider. They may be able to provide server logs that could indicate what’s causing the 500 error.
