Checkout total doesn't stop loading

I’ve got a store setup, but can’t get the checkout total to finish loading; the spinner keeps spinning. None of these suggestions have worked. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

1. Problem still occurs with all plugins but Woocommerce deactivated, and Twenty Sixteen theme activated.
