Checkout won’t work

Hi there,

If I understand correctly, I suspect that the error message is pointing you back to your site rather than to your PayPal merchant account. With that said, I’m wondering if you’re overriding the billing/shipping form on the checkout page with a plugin or a theme template.

To check for that, would you mind posting a copy of your system status report as found under WooCommerce > System Status?

When looking at your system status report, I see that the theme you’re using is overriding several core WooCommerce templates with its own ones and that some of these templates are based on a much older version of WooCommerce. To make sure this isn’t the root cause or a 3rd party plugin for that matter, are you experiencing the same issue after deactivating all of your plugins (except WooCommerce) and switching to the default Twenty Seventeen theme?

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

i solved the problem moving the site to another environment. Just change the server and all worked fine at first run.
The only problem was the bad server comunication and configuration.
