Chekboxes with empty labels don’t work

    When sending CF7’s checkbox [checkbox checkbox-425 “|valuetosend”] (recipients with pipes) it always sends valuetosend whether it’s checked or not.

    Another bug is that I can’t see the whole table in the admin (no horizontal scrollbar, just hidden overflow).
    It would be nice if there was github or something for reporting issues, there doesn’t seem to be enough support in the formum.

    Found new bugs:
    CSV export cannot handle entries with a comma.
    Commas are also inserted to mysql, when there is a set of checkboxes. These, too, break the CSV structure.
