child categories listings

I searched the plugins but could not find this. I’d like to have a listing of subcategory links for the current category only in the sidebar for quick navigation. Is this possible?

For example, in the news section: https://danceinthefire.com/category/news/ posts found in Autism Spectrum News would have a listing of all news subcategories in the sidebar for quick links.

Posts in Ask an Expert section https://danceinthefire.com/category/experts/ would show only Ask an Expert subcategories in the sidebar.

Can someone help me or tell me a good plugin for this? Thanks!
