child menu doesn’t work with custom links

Hello, I am currently building my very new site with your Theme for my shop and when I create a custom link “#” to put my pages below as sub menus, it doesn’t work, the pages are arranged next to the custom link in the menu on the website while they are correctly set below the custom link in the menu settings, please see the two images below (sorry it is in french, but “lien personnalisé = custom link).

However a Page below a Page works fine, I do get a drop down menu, but a Page below a custom Link doesn’t work (I need it to make a non clickable drop down menu). How do I fix this ?
