Child page doesn’t show under parent page

Could you, please help me with the following issue?
I setup the website https://www.diabeteshealthexpert.com
I am using the Panoramic Theme. I created the parent pages in the main menu and I’m trying to add new subpages under the parent pages.
I go in editor, I select add new page, I put the tilte, I edit the text, I select the parent page(Long-Term Complications) in the Page Attributes, select the order (1), publish and the subpage High Blood Pressure doesn’t show up anywere.
However, the permalink works and displays the page as the proper child page
