Child theme

  • Hi,

    I am trying to create a child theme but on the front end some elements are missing. This is a new install with no other plugins. I tried to google to find a tutorial for kadence and child theme but i found only ‘generic’ is there something specific i have to do to use a starter template and a child theme?

    please share any link that will help

    I’m unsure what you mean when you say, “…some elements are missing.” Are you referring to CSS styles? Here is a Kadence document about child themes. At the bottom of the document is information about how to load the child theme style.css file. Have you loaded the child theme style file by removing the “//” from before the add_action function?
