Child theme and editing header.php

Hi,
I created my own child theme from your Renden theme, it was ok, but now i need to write some text under the logo in the header. Before i wroten it to the core php code, but I know it is not good, so i want to do it in child theme. I created header.php, copy all header code from Renden and paste to my header.php a write something like this “<p>Produkter f?r Restaurang & Hotell</p>”.. Text is showing but “?” is not there and there is some triangle.
If I edit the core code of your template It was showing right with “?”.

Where is the problem? :/
