CHild theme clean retina style.css won't load

Hi everyone,

I created and activated a child theme for Clean Retina but the style.css does not want to load I don’t understand what I did wrong, i copied and changed it accordingly to my site from here https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/problem-with-child-theme-1 but it’s not working:
