• Hello there,

Is there a way to override the “comment-form.php” file (exist in wp-content\plugins\wpdiscuz\templates\comment) so I can have it customized in my child-theme?

    Thank you.

wpDiscuz form is a dynamic content, it’s not a static HTML. You can customize form layout, cols, rows and form field in Dashboard > Comments > Forms admin page. Just edit the default form and manage it. There is no way to copy and customize the form file in child theme. You can do that with wpdiscuz.css file and with comment list. More info in doc:

Thank you for replying, I just want to add a button to take the reader to the top of comments if he/she want to post a comment, I have found a way by adding a small HTML code to the comment-form.php file, but the changes disappear after every update.

Either way, thank you for your plugin and support.
