Child theme missing style sheet

Tried to download the child theme several times and it wont complete download due to not having style sheet that’s missing.
4 registered 3 members, cant get beyond fixing this. Homepage does nothing. Cant click any links except “online now” & that provides blank view. Added all short codes to custom page & still shows nothing (signed in/signed out). Cant find profiles that even say 3 out of 4 are registered. Pls help.
