The problem is in the media="all" line. The syntax is:

@media all {
    body, input, textarea {
        color: #777;
        font: 13px 'Oswald', sans-serif;
        line-height: 20px;
        word-wrap: break-word;
    }
}

The confusion, I think, is that your syntax is correct when used in a <link> tag, but not when used in the stylesheet itself. See this page for some more details.

I’m creating child theme for the first time with the theme “interface”. I followed the instruction properly. Content and other stuff seems to be working except the styling. Please help me out here to move forward.
