Child Theme Not Showing in “Appearance”

    I’m changing the theme of my site, https://www.brianthomasclark.com, from it’s current theme to a child theme of Hybrid called “Leviathan.”

    I installed the Hybrid theme and it shows up fine under “Appearance,” then I installed “Leviathan,” following the instructions to NOT activate Hybrid if I am using a child theme.

    The problem is, “Leviathan” shows up as a blank screen. It is in the “Appearance” section, but there is no imagery, etc. When I click on it to activate, only a skeleton HTML looking theme comes up. I had this same problem with my current theme, Options (also by ThemeHybrid.com) when I was using a child theme for that.

    I have downloaded the most recent versions of the themes and I am using WP 2.7. I’ve scoured the forums here and on ThemeHybrid.com and have had no help. I’m wondering what, if anything, I should change in order to make the child theme “Leviathan” appear so I can implement it.
