Child theme not working

By looking at the screenshot I hope that after activating the child theme the site didn’t look like how it was when activated the parent theme?

Can you please let me know which plugin have you used to create the child theme?

Because one of the links to the plugin is – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/child-theme-configurator/

You can install and activated the plugin via Dashboard > Plugins > Add New and search for Child Theme Configurator.

After activating the plugin, you need to go to Dashboard > Tools > Child Themes and you an Analyze the child theme and then at the bottom you need to check this option here.

After that, your parent theme customizer settings will be migrated to the child theme as well.
