Child Theme Options Page

  • I have a child theme from Thematic. I have created an options.php page and called it in my theme functions page. Problem is that the “Child Theme Option” is supposed to show up in the menu under Appearance, along with “Thematic Options”, but it doesn’t! I followed the instructions exactly from “Build Your Own Wicked Word Press Theme.

  • @clairepoulton, I was having the same issues.

    I have now been able to fix the problem with both Thematic and my own child theme options page.

    Is there anyway of seeing your theme-options.php or options.php file you have created for your child theme so I can check the code?
