ChimpMate Lightbox Not Appearing

    I’ve activated the plugin and then customized all of the settings, then enabled it to appear on the homepage through the Lightbox-material theme, but nothing appears.

    My website url is https://templark.com

    Would really like to resolve this. I have purchased the Pro version but had no response via the contact form. Desperate for an answer please.
