Chinese character cannot display correctly in the email sent from the form

In the previous version of WR contact form, the chinese character can be displayed correctly in the email sent from WR contact form. But I find that the chinese character cannot display in the new version. Would you please help to solve this unicode issue? Thanks for your help!
