Chinese character encoding issuses

    Hi,
    can you give me a css example thats messed up?

    Chinese characters are a problem at the moment. I tryed it, but it with german special characters like ??ü and it worked on my system. When i try saveing files with Chinese characters i cant access them troght www. Really strange thing. If you could give me a limited access to a ftp or sftp account thats also accessable by www, I can try it again.

    As I tried really static in a production environment,I have to recover everything right after the trial.About css,I suppose it’s that when Chinese characters get messed up,the content size changed.So the size of div tag that wraps them changed as well.

    By the way,I tried to generate a static wordpress site using wget.You know what,Chinese characters get messed up as well.
